Trigger or grip shift. It's quick and mostly painless to pull off the lowers and wipe the dirt out of the seals and add some new grease.I don't have a great suggestion.

The top tube length is 15.5" with a 8" seat tube length. I'm curious what air pressure people are running in the RST F1rst 24 fork.
